How does Le Caveau de Bacchus select its products?
Our team visits producers directly to discover their estates, their expertise, and their heritage, building strong relationships through the exchange of knowledge and skills, and showcasing the unique character of their terroirs and grape varieties. This relationship is important to us and allows us to best represent our partners by accurately conveying their messages and values.
How does Le Caveau de Bacchus store its products?
Le Caveau de Bacchus guarantees ideal storage conditions. Each product is stored in controlled cellars to ensure respect for the product, preservation of its qualities, as well as optimal maturation and safe preservation.
How do I pick up an order in store or at the warehouse?
To collect your order, you must present the order confirmation email and a valid form of identification.
What to do if the drink is corked or has off-flavors?
In principle, no guarantee is offered in the event of a complaint regarding corked wines or spirits with off-flavors, but you can return your product to us within 8 days and we will offer you a suitable solution.

If after receiving my order one of the products is not to my liking, can I return it?
If a product you ordered doesn't suit you, you can return it to us within 8 days, unopened and in its original packaging. We will offer you an exchange or a credit note for the same amount.
